Naturally conceived primi with MCDA twins with intermittent absent flow in the initial sonographies had registered in Prasuti Tantra and Streerog Dept.,Tarachand Hospital. She was adviced to terminate one baby. Patient and relative counselling was done and with the help of Ayurvedic treatment this condition was reversed , her pregnancy was conserved till 36 weeks. She delivered 2 baby boys by C Section of weight 1.8kg and 2kg in Seth Tarachand Hospital, Pune.
