On the occasion of 10th World Ayurveda Day, Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya organized a Health check up camp at Cyrus Poonawala School, Rasta Peth, Pune on 19 September 2025. Department of Shalakyatantra was an active participant of this camp
Dr. Meghna Phopaliya (Assistant Professor, Dept. Of Shalakyatantra) along with Dr. Surendra Tiwari (PG Registrar), Dr. Nilesh Chikate (PG Houseman) participated in the camp. where they performed specialized health check up for Eyes, Ear, Nose, Throat and general health check up as well. Patients with Refractive error, Headache, Allergic Rhinitis, Ear wax were examined thoroughly and required treatment was given accordingly. Counselling and awareness for reduction of screen time exposure, addiction its ill effects on eye sight, healthy habits to maintain health of Sense organs were explained.
