WELCOME TO TILAK AYURVED MAHAVIDYALAYA, PUNE
Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, holds 90 years of heritage contributing in creating eminent Doctors for the society. The college also conducts Ph.D. course affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in all the above 14 specialties of Ayurved.

To be an academic Institute of global excellence delivering authentic knowledge of Ayurved with evidence based research and creating academicians, researchers as well as competent health care professionals as family doctors having humanity and sympathy to serve the mankind.Mission
- To create competent Ayurvedic health care professionals with authentic knowledge of Ayurved to deliver their services in an ethical and humanitarian way.
- To develop Research scholars by imbibing proper amalgamation of Ayurvedic and modern research methods and tools for creating evidence based Ayurved through various research activities and projects.
- To develop academicians, manufacturers of quality medicines with sound knowledge of Ayurvedic compendia to impart the knowledge in a methodical way for future generation of Ayurved.

The first and the oldest ‘AYURVEDA MAHAVIDYALAYA’ in Pune was established on 26th June 1933. It was renamed as ‘Tilak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya’ in 1962 at the hands of the then Hon Chief Minister Shri. Yashvantrao Chavan.
Tilak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, holding a 75yrs heritage contributing in creating eminent Doctors for the society. Till now approximately 7000 students of UG and 1100 students of PG have completed their education from this Institute and are successfully working in various fields. This is Maharashtra state government aided institution. Affiliated to Maharashtra University of health sciences, Nashik.
